none. Upon completion of the Project, we offer a 24 hours a day, 365
days a year cover in the form of a maintenance agreement. This offers
servicing and a call-out response in line with NACOSS requirements for
Intruder, Access Control and CCTV Systems in a highly organised and
efficient manner. Protec adopt the latest office based technology to
ensure all on-site repairs and remedial works are undertaken promptly.
This provides you, the end user, with confidence to ensure the integrity
of your premises is maintained and system downtime is kept to the absolute
minimum.
All Protec, detection
devices are carefully selected to provide adequate and reliable detection
coverage whilst minimising false alarms. Local or remote signalling and
reset facilities can be integral to the controls, with downloading
facilities for remote programming and system (or fault) diagnosis
available, if required. We employ a full time false alarm management team
who continuously monitor information appertaining to all our remote
signalling systems, which allows us to prepare statistical analysis and
fault filtration for our maintenance customer base. This, therefore,
offers serious benefits to the client who wish their Intruder Alarm
Systems to remain on a high priority Police response in line with
Insurance requirements.
